Linda Adoniou, LMHC
Linda Adoniou brings 25 years of professional clinical mental health experience to Corner Light Counseling. Her area of specialization is emerging adults (18-29 years old) with a focus on helping college students, graduate students, and young professionals during this unique and challenging developmental stage. She also provides counseling services to adults of all ages who are managing anxiety, depression, and/or transitions to new life stages while balancing the competing demands of relationships, career and parenting.
Prior to private practice, Linda was the Assistant Director of Counseling Services at Merrimack College. She has also held clinical positions at UMASS Lowell and Framingham State University. Before working in higher education she provided community mental health services to teens, adults and families.
Linda provides compassionate, collaborative and solution-focused treatment. She utilizes a wide variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in reaching their unique and individualized counseling goals. Her clients describe feeling healthier and having the confidence to move forward with improved clarity. She offers a free phone consultation to answer questions and to help you get started.
